I am Dr. Alex Williams, I am deeply passionate about the intricate mechanics of the human body, particularly in the cervicothoracic and lumbar spine. My journey to becoming a certified physical therapist through UTHSC and becoming certified in the spine through the McKenzie Institute has equipped me with a profound understanding of these areas, allowing me to provide tailored care and rehabilitation to my patients. Prior to my role as a physical therapist, I had the privilege of working as an intern strength and conditioning coach for the University of Tennessee, where I honed my skills across a diverse range of sports, from football to swimming. This experience not only bolstered my understanding of athletic performance but also instilled in me a holistic approach to health and wellness. Whether I'm guiding athletes through rigorous training regimens or helping patients recover from injury, my dedication to optimizing movement and function remains unwavering.
